Workflow/Routing Management
Spitfire provides a sophisticated workflow/routing system to help control the flow of information both inside your organization and to 3rd party project team members. Documents may be routed to as many project team members as necessary on either a parallel or serial basis.
A complete audit trail, of each individual’s receipt and actions pertaining to the document is maintained. E-mail messaging may be set up to let people know when an item has been routed to them, or just for high priority items. Routings may be predefined based on specific criteria including type of document and project, or the routing may be edited or established “on-the-fly”.
